Over.Comm’s Role: Since 2016, the Agency has been committed to supporting the new activities and projects promoted by the Consortium through media relations initiatives and dedicated press offices.

The project development: CSBNO is a special consortium company, shared by over 30 Municipalities of the Metropolitan City of Milan. It was founded in 1997 to promote innovation and provide services in the field of cooperation to support the cultural ecosystem of the area. At the local level, CSBNO still carries out numerous activities and initiatives aimed at the development of the territory and the dissemination of knowledge and business culture. It also promotes important national projects, such as the Network of Networks, a model of extended cooperation between library networks to support and share ideas, processes, functions and tools.
